5:30 AM Bootcamp-weekdays

  • Our 5:30 AM Bootcamp class is our Foundation class.  It’s what we started with back in 2014!  We have a different focus for every day of the week:

    • Monday – Leg Strength
    • Tuesday – Arm Strength 
    • Wednesday – Cardio
    • Thursday – Arms & Core
    • Friday – Focus on muscles that weren’t used enough during the week, PLUS- we like to have some kind of team building and COFFEE!

  • We are a community of runners with various experiences and paces, accomplishing goals that most participants find difficult to achieve independently. Whether your goal for 2019 is to run or even run/walk your first 5K or your first marathon, we are here to support you!

9:30 AM Saturday Bootcamp

  • 45 Minute Full Body Workout
  • Designed for ALL fitness levels
  • Multiple muscles used for maximum calorie burn
  • Variety of formats including HIIT, pyramids, circuits and partner exercises
  • A great way to start your weekend!

DANCE FUSION

  • In Power Circuits, we take advantage of different equipment not used in other classes, but don’t worry…we have it all at the Studio!
