As of May 2nd, All Bootcamp classes will be moving to Watkins Park, 7255 Ridge Rd, Mt. Airy. 

MORNINGS
Monday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Tuesday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Wednesday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Thursday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Friday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM

60 min classes will focus on different areas of the body each day:

Monday & Wednesday: lower body
Tuesday & Thursday: upper body
Friday: TGIF day! Game/Coffee Day!

Bring a mat, a water bottle, and only if you attend the hour 5:30 am classes, please keep a set of dumbbells in your car.

Evening bootcamp classes are also at Watkins Park:

Monday – Thursday: 5:30-6:15 PM
